The Arcade Fire have cancelled 9 dates on their current European Tour. Win Butler has been fighting a sinus infection since the beginning of this year and has simply been unable to get back to full health. With the constant demands on his voice from touring it has reached the stage today where he simply cannot sing.
The shows are the final nine of the sold out European tour. The cancelled shows are

- Mar 25 Copenhagen, KB Halle
- Mar 27 Berlin, Postbanhof
- Mar 28 Munich, Elser Halle
- Mar 31 Lyon, Transbordeur
- Apr 1 Cologne, Palladium
- Apr 2 Utrecht, Vredenburg
- Apr 4 Brussels, Halles de Schaerbeek
- Apr 5 Lille, L’Aeronef
Ticket holders should get in touch with the promoter directly regarding refunds. Due to future touring plans, it is unlikely that these shows will be rescheduled until later this year.
